Privacy Policy

Plain language. Clear expectations. Read before you order.

Your information, your story

Effective October 1, 2026. This policy describes information used when you browse this website, contact United Urban Pics, prepare a brief, or order a production.

Project briefs stay on your device until you share them

The brief builder runs in your browser and copies your entries to your clipboard when you ask it to. It does not automatically submit your brief, upload photographs, or store your entries in a project database. Anyone with access to your device or clipboard may be able to see copied information. Clear it when finished.

Information you choose to share

When you send us a brief, message, photograph, recording, or order details, we use your contact information and project materials to respond, plan, produce, revise, and deliver your work. Share only what is needed; avoid sensitive documents or private details unrelated to production.

Payments and website hosting

Stripe processes payments on its own checkout pages under its privacy policy. Do not put payment-card details in your project brief. Our hosting and service providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, request times, and security logs. This website does not add advertising trackers or analytics scripts.

Production tools and service providers

Creating and delivering media may involve hosting, messaging, storage, editing, and AI-assisted production providers. Necessary project materials may be processed through those services. Tell us about confidentiality requirements before sharing materials so we can agree on a suitable workflow.

Children and Comi‑X

Project requests are intended for adults. A parent or legal guardian must manage a child’s project and approve the use of photographs and personal details. Children should not submit their own information. Use an approved hero name and share only necessary details. Public display of a child’s production requires separate guardian permission.

Public samples and permission

Submitting materials for private production does not automatically authorize public portfolio use. We request permission before publishing a client’s private family or child-focused production as a sample.

Access, corrections, and deletion

Contact us at UnitedUrbanPics@gmail.com or through the same conversation used for your project to request access, correction, or deletion of materials or to withdraw public-sample permission. We may need to verify your authority. Materials needed for an active order, accounting, or a legal obligation may need to be retained; we will explain any relevant limitation. Project materials are retained as needed for production, delivery, agreed revisions, and legitimate recordkeeping.

Questions and updates

Send privacy questions to UnitedUrbanPics@gmail.com or through your existing United Urban Pics project conversation. Changes will be dated on this page. Third-party websites and Stripe checkout have their own privacy practices.
