Clear terms for creative work
Effective October 1, 2026. These terms apply to this website and new United Urban Pics orders. Any specific written project agreement controls where it differs from these general terms.
Agree on the project first
Before payment, confirm the service, deliverables, formats, price, included revisions, and delivery target with us in writing. A project brief is a request for discussion, not automatic acceptance of a project. Quote-based services require an agreed quote.
Your materials and permissions
You must have permission to provide and use photographs, logos, recordings, music, likenesses, and other materials. Identify the people shown and the details that must remain accurate. Parents or legal guardians must authorize child-focused projects. Do not submit materials that violate others’ rights.
Creative production and AI assistance
Productions may combine original creative direction, editing, restoration, animation, and AI-assisted imagery or audio. Review proofs for names, faces, likenesses, claims, and accuracy. Tell us any restrictions before production begins. Samples show creative direction; they do not promise identical results or specific business outcomes.
Prices and payment
Displayed deposits are applied toward the agreed project total and are not the full price. Additional scope, rush work, or revisions require an agreed additional charge. Payment options are those actually offered by Stripe at checkout. Production starts after scope, materials, approvals, and required payment are confirmed.
Use of the finished work
The written project agreement should identify the permitted personal or commercial uses, third-party licensing restrictions, and any source-file delivery. Confirm those rights before payment. Delivery of a finished video does not automatically include editable project files or unrestricted rights to third-party music, fonts, or stock assets.
Delivery, revisions, and cancellations
Our Production & Refund Policy explains the production process. Review work promptly and provide consolidated feedback. Delivery targets depend on complete materials and timely approvals. Applicable consumer rights are not waived by these terms.
Website use and questions
Do not interfere with the website or use its samples as your own work. Direct order questions through your United Urban Pics project conversation. Policy updates apply to future orders and do not rewrite an already agreed project.
